The work shows a hypothetical distant future in which humanity has failed to avert global warming and bio diversity alongside our civilisation have disappeared. There are descendants of humans though, who have evolved in order to survive in this new and noxious environment. The world from the drawings is toxic and desolate. As bleak as this future may seem, it’s actually a positive outcome, because it shows that somehow we’ve managed to survive and adapt to the inhospitable world we’ve created.
